He worked as an assistant professor and researcher in the University. Then he has been to Italy and other European countries. Currently, Dr. Richard Dong is a licensed acupuncturist in the Canada.

Dr. Carole Xiao was graduated from Beijing Medical University of Pharmacology, the best medical school in China. She worked in the medical sciences field for many years in Italy. Co-authored scientific papers have been published in recognized, high-impacted medical journal in the U.S.A. She has extensive knowledge in western medicine and Chinese medicine. Dr. Carole Xiao diagnoses the patients with both of medicine conception. Currently, she is a licensed acupuncturist in Canada.
